Kickboxing is the ultimate fat burning program; it is one of the most ancient martial arts that can also save your life in a real world situations. We train together learning boxing moves and proper kicking techniques, all in a clean safe environment. We do all this while burning tons of calories, getting the best shape of our lives, and most importantly having FUN!
With High-Intensity Interval Training or H.I.I.T., you work at maximum capacity for short and intense bursts of exercise followed by recovery periods which can be totally or partially active.
Finding a fitness routine you can enjoy should not be a difficult task. The cardio intensity experienced in a H.I.I.T class is extreme, and the effects last long after class.
H.I.I.T. workouts boost your metabolism due to the high intensity of the training, helping you burn fat even after the class is over. It can also alter your body’s metabolism so that instead of using carbs for energy it uses fat, so your body fat melts away!
Classes are relatively short, around 30 minutes, and usually involve using your body weight, which builds defined muscle and ensures you continue to see the benefit even when just carrying out day to day tasks. High-intensity intervals are far better fat burners pushing the body harder than long-duration workouts.
H.I.I.T. workouts are intense and require lots of effort, but the results will leave you as breathless as your workout!

Our membership options include unrestricted access to all classes for $154/month or you can drop in on any class for $25/each.
